ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
* You are welcome to park on the grass, however NOT on the driveway. There is a keypad that has a bell button on it, located on the small gate. Please message us through Instagram or messages when you arrive BEFORE ringing the bell, as i may have a client before you or i may be having a small break. DO NOT RING BELL BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOU'RE TOLD TO COME IN.

LASHES:
* 2-week infills require 50% or more of your lashes remaining.
* 3-week infills require 40% or more. Anything less will be considered a full set.
* I do not infill other lash techs’ work. Please book a lash removal and a full set. Removals can take up to 30 minutes and will be taken from your lashing time if not booked properly.
* Please arrive with clean lashes, as dirty lashes affect retention and cause lash loss.
* Avoid strip lashes and clusters for 3 days before your appointment. If glue is present, a $15 cleaning fee will apply. If there is too much glue, your appointment will be cancelled.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS:
* Bookings are done online, by clicking the ‘Book Now’ button located on our instagram page, or through the link in bio. ALL NEW CLIENTS now require a DEPOSIT of 50% of the service price before your appointment is confirmed.
* Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are needing to reschedule BEFORE the 24hr mark, it will go towards your next appointment booked. All appointments cancelled/no showed within 24hrs of your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be required to pay another if you’re wanting to rebook.
* When using the booking system, every appointment booked will MAKE you pay a deposit. However, for REGULAR CLIENTS if you’re wanting to book in advance without paying the deposit every time, we can do so at your appointment.

AFTER HOURS:
* After hours appointments are before or after the specified opening hours located on my ‘HOURS” highlight. A $15 fee occurs to any appointments made outside those hours. These are ONLY available to book through DM and they are NOT displayed on the booking system.

PAYMENTS:
* We currently accept Tap to Pay/Eftpos and Cash.

RUNNING LATE AND NO SHOWS: 
* If you are running late, please let us know ASAP to discuss options. We understand life gets in the way. If you fail to turn up to your appointment after 15 mins of your scheduled time/giving us no notice, your deposit will be kept and you will be required to pay another one to book in again.

CANCELLATIONS:
* You must give more than 24hrs notice when cancelling appointments. Cancelling less than 24hrs before your appointment will result in us keeping your deposit, and you will be required to pay another to rebook.

REFUNDS:
* If it has been less than 3 days from your appointment and you notice excessive lash fallout, please contact us. We will offer a free touch up/fix.
